With over 15 years of experience in international Recruitment, including many Recruitment and Talent Director level positions across the Netherlands and Germany, I've had the privilege of building my extended experience in leading performance driven teams and train Global Business stakeholders. Throughout my career, I've honed my expertise in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition leadership and Business Partnering.

I'm also deeply passionate about training and development. As a well trained business and Recruitment leader myself I've had the opportunity to train Global Hiring Managers on Manager and Director level on basic and advanced Recruitment skills.
